One very proactive member (Natalie Bowers) has come up with a marvellous idea, inspired by National Flash Fiction Day 1000words, is looking for flash fictions of between 100 and 1000 words that have been written in response to a picture. Details can be found at http://1000words.org.uk/ the deadline for submissions is the 30th April 2012.
Successful flash fictions will be published on this website, blog-style, throughout the month of May. If your story is included you will receive a 1000words virtual badge to proudly display on your own website.It is a beautiful idea, on a beautiful web page, thought up by a beautiful person – well worth everyone’s support.
